Anton's Auto Haus Personalized Foreign Car Repair & Service

	Manager Gene March fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a mechanic. While still in high school he worked part time in a local garage. After graduation, he went to work for the local Volkswagen dealership. After several years experience, he moved to California and worked for Competition Motors, the factory store for Volkswagen of America. After 12 years working at several dealerships in California, he returned to Albuquerque. In 1978 he opened Anton's Auto Haus. While his earlier background is in Volkswagens and Porsches, he also now specializes in Volvos and most Japanese imports. He continually attends workshops to keep current on the latest technologies and idiosyncrasies of different cars. Gene brings 40+ years of experience and knowledge with him, and has a Master Mechanic Certification from ASE.

	Assistant Manager Robert Cantrell has been with Anton's for over 12 years. Originally from Illinois, Bob moved to Albuquerque in 1982. He has over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. At Anton’s, he has worked as a service writer, parts person, and is currently working as an auto technician. Bob is ASE certitied in Air Conditioning & Heating, Electrical and Engine performance. In the past he has also worked as a security officer and truck driver. He also served one year as BalloonMeister at the annaul Balloon Fiesta.

	Auto Technician Steve Green has been around cars and our building most of his life. His father had a Chevron gas station at this location when Steve was a small boy. He has 20 years mechanical experience on all makes, models and types of vehicles. In the past Steve has worked installing different types of flooring, setting up and servicing mobile homes, and more recently as a forest fire fighter.

	Emission Technician Bill Kindred has been working on vehicles since he started helping his father at the age of 12. His father was a heavy equipment mechanic. Bill served in the military and brings a variety of skills and experience with him. He has worked as a truck driver, grocery clerk, janitor and worked in electronics at Motorola in Albuquerque for 7 years.
